How we work

We’re set up to deliver consistently great drinks at pace, even during busy periods, without losing the friendly, personal service that makes us different.

To keep things simple, we offer flexible ways to work together:

  • Event-paid bar: You cover the cost and treat your guests

  • Guest-paid bar: Guests purchase their own drinks

  • Hybrid option: A set spend agreed in advance, then guests pay once it’s reached

We’ll talk through your event, numbers and space, and recommend the best setup.
