Coffee Rebel is a Bristol-based mobile coffee bar built for events that need quality, reliability and a supplier who understands how events really work.

From our beautifully converted horsebox, we serve speciality coffee, hot and cold drinks, and a curated selection of complementary food at corporate events, markets, festivals and private gatherings across the South West.

Our coffee comes from Girls Who Grind Coffee, a female-founded roaster based in Warminster. They source exclusively from women-owned farms, backing female producers in a traditionally male-dominated industry.

We chose them intentionally.

Because being a rebel isn’t about shouting. It’s about standards.
Choosing quality over convenience.
Choosing local over generic.
Choosing partners whose values match ours.

Exceptional coffee. Clear values. Seamless service.

And crucially, we are a team that shows up organised, prepared and are easy to work with, so you can focus on the bigger picture.

Meet the Founder

Coffee Rebel was founded by Clare Harris, a Bristol-based business owner with a background in commercial property, food and beverage environments, and events.

For over 15 years, Clare worked alongside hospitality operators, retail brands and estate teams, overseeing food and beverage portfolios and later leading marketing and event initiatives within major commercial estates.

She understands events from both sides: as the client bringing in suppliers, and now as the operator delivering the service.

Coffee Rebel is a natural extension of that experience, as Clare is combining a long-standing love of great coffee with a deep understanding of what makes events run smoothly.

Coffee Rebel is supported by a small, trusted team at events to ensure efficient service during peak periods.

The brand identity, creative direction and social media are led by Clare Harris’s eldest, CJ Harris, a graphic designer who shares Clare’s passion for building brands with personality and heart. When they’re s not delivering the creative vision, they are also Coffee Rebel’s lead Barista. You have to see their latte art to believe it.
